What Instagram likes are — and what they are not
Likes are the quickest reaction a viewer can give. They appear under each post and are a quick visual cue of how a post was received.
Likes alone rarely decide distribution — shares, saves, comments and watch time usually matter more. Bought likes will not make a weak post strong.
Instagram ranks Feed, Reels and Explore separately. Signals like watch time, shares, saves and how often people interact with you weigh more than raw counts. A number on its own will not push a post into Explore, but it can change how a first-time visitor sees your profile.
What you get with SocialShop
Every Instagram likes order includes a one-time price with no subscription, delivery that starts quickly and is paced to look natural, and an order page where you can follow progress. We only ever ask for your public post link. We will never ask for your password, a login code, or access to your account.
If some of the likes drop within 60 days, we top them back up at no cost (see the refill policy below). Drops can happen when platforms remove accounts during clean-ups, and we would rather be clear about that than pretend it never happens.
- Packages from 5,000 to 100,000 likes
- Prices from $1.46 — the bigger the package, the lower the cost per 1,000
- Starts within 0–5 minutes; paced over hours to days depending on size.
- 60-day refill window
- Secure checkout (card payments coming soon)
- Human support by email
Who Instagram likes are for
Most people decide whether to follow an Instagram account in a few seconds, after looking at the bio, the grid and the counts at the top of the profile.
People who order Instagram likes from us usually fall into one of these groups:
- New business accounts that look empty next to competitors
- Creators launching a new niche page or a rebrand
- Event, product or campaign pages that need to look active on day one
- Freelancers using Instagram as a portfolio
When it makes sense — and when it does not
It can make sense for a key post — a launch, an announcement, a portfolio piece — that you want to look well received when people arrive from elsewhere.
It is not useful as a habit on every post, and it will not fix content that is not resonating.
Our honest advice: if you are unsure, start with the smallest package (5,000 likes for $1.46), see how it looks, and focus your energy on content. A number can make a first impression; only good content keeps people around.
How delivery works
After checkout, your order goes into a queue and starts according to the timing for this service: starts within 0–5 minutes; paced over hours to days depending on size. We pace larger orders on purpose. A sudden spike of thousands of likes in a few minutes looks unnatural to visitors and to the platform, so we spread delivery out.
Your profile must be public while the order is delivered. You can switch it back to private afterwards.
If you change your username, delete the post or content, or make it private during delivery, the order may pause or fail. Tell us and we will help you fix it.
Choosing a package size
The right size depends on where you are starting from. As a rough guide, aim for something that looks believable next to your current numbers and your posting history. Our smallest package is 5,000 likes for $1.46 ($0.29 per 1,000). The middle option, 25,000 likes, costs $7.30 ($0.29 per 1,000). The largest, 100,000 likes, costs $29.21 ($0.29 per 1,000).
Bigger is not always better. A profile with a handful of posts and a very large likes count can look odd to real visitors. If you are growing steadily, several smaller orders spaced out over time usually look more natural than one large order.
| Package | Price | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000 likes | $1.46 | $0.29 |
| 10,000 likes | $2.92 | $0.29 |
| 25,000 likes | $7.30 | $0.29 |
| 50,000 likes | $14.61 | $0.29 |
| 100,000 likes | $29.21 | $0.29 |
Getting more from Instagram — the free part
Pair likes with a clear caption and a reason for real viewers to comment or share.
Here are practical habits that work on Instagram today, whether or not you ever place an order with us:
- Post Reels consistently — three a week beats ten in one week and none the next.
- Use the first line of your caption as a hook, and end with a simple question people can answer.
- Reply to every comment in the first hour; early conversation is a strong signal.
- Collaborate with accounts your size using the Collab post feature.
- Pin your three best posts to the top of your grid so new visitors see your strongest work.
- Check Insights weekly and repeat the formats that earn saves and shares.
Our free Instagram engagement calculator shows how your likes and comments compare with your follower count, which is a quick way to see whether your content is landing.

A realistic 30-day plan for Instagram
Numbers work best as part of a plan. Here is a simple month that we suggest to people who order Instagram likes, built around reels, carousels, single-image posts and stories.
Week one is about foundations. Tidy your profile: a clear name, a one-line description of what you offer, a link that works and a profile picture people recognise. Remove or archive anything that no longer represents you. If you are ordering, this is the week to place a small order, so the first people who arrive see a profile that looks cared for.
Week two is about volume. Publish more often than feels comfortable and keep each piece simple. Watch which posts get people to stop, save or reply, and ignore the rest. Week three is about doubling down: make three more pieces in the style of your best performer and reply to everyone who interacts. Week four is review: compare your numbers with week one, decide what to repeat and decide whether another order makes sense at all. Many people find that once the content is working, they no longer need one.
How to spot a low-quality provider
The Instagram growth market has many sellers, and some cut corners in ways that can hurt your account. Whoever you choose — including us — check for these warning signs before you pay.
- They ask for your password, a login code or for you to install an app or browser extension.
- They promise results are "100% safe", "undetectable" or "guaranteed real and active".
- They show glowing reviews that cannot be traced to real people, or star ratings with no source.
- They deliver thousands of likes in minutes with no pacing at all.
- Prices are not shown until after you enter your details, or a subscription is hidden in the checkout.
- There is no refund policy, no refill terms and no way to contact a person.
Non-drop vs budget options
This page lists 32 non-drop options (green labels — sold as non-drop or with a refill guarantee of 30 days or more) and 63 budget options (amber labels, “may drop”). Budget options cost less, but the count can fall after delivery and options marked “No refill” are not topped up.
Non-drop does not mean the number can never move. Instagram can still remove accounts in a clean-up. It means drops should be rare, and if your count falls below what you ordered during the refill window, we top it back up free of charge. The guarantee for each option is shown in the table above.
If you are choosing between options, look at three things: the guarantee (non-drop and longer refill windows are safer), the start time, and the country or audience. Targeted options cost more because the accounts are harder to source.
The honest risks
Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use say you should not artificially collect likes, followers or shares. Instagram regularly removes inauthentic accounts and activity in clean-up sweeps, and in rare cases it can limit the reach of accounts it thinks are using third-party growth services.
This is why we never promise anything is "100% safe". We do not need your password, we pace delivery, and we offer refills, but we cannot control what Instagram decides to do. If you depend on your account for income, read our guide on whether buying followers is safe before ordering, and think carefully.
Refill and refund policy
Refill: if your likes drop below the amount you ordered within 60 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and we will top them back up for free. Refills do not cover drops caused by you deleting content, changing your username, or making your account private.
Refund: if we cannot start your order, or deliver less than you paid for and cannot complete it, we refund the undelivered part to your original payment method. Full details are in our refund policy.
Instagram Likes: questions
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. We only need your public post link. Never share your password or login codes with anyone — including us.
How long does delivery of Instagram likes take?
Starts within 0–5 minutes; paced over hours to days depending on size.
Will the likes drop?
It depends on the option. Non-drop options (green) should rarely drop and are refilled inside their window. Budget options (amber, “may drop”) can lose part of the count over time, and those marked “No refill” are not topped up.
Is buying Instagram likes allowed?
Instagram discourages paid engagement and can remove it or take action on accounts. Please read the risks section above before ordering.
Can I split one order across several posts?
Each order goes to one post link. Place a separate order for each target.
Do I need to keep my account public?
Your profile must be public while the order is delivered. You can switch it back to private afterwards.
How many Instagram likes options do you offer?
95 options (32 non-drop), from 1 up to 10,000,000 likes per order, with prices from $0.12 per 1,000. Choose an option in the order box to see its packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are setting up secure card payments. Until then, checkout shows a notice and no payment is taken.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page or email us. A real person reads every message.
